What is the NSW Freight and Ports Plan?
The NSW Freight and Ports Plan 2018-2023 sets out the NSW Government's priorities for the freight sector.
The NSW Government and the freight industry will collaborate to deliver clear targets and initiatives to make the freight task in NSW safer and more efficient.
The NSW Freight and Ports Plan 2018-2023 sets our objectives which include:
- driving economic growth by delivering more than $5 billion worth of infrastructure
- increasing efficiency, connectivity and access
- investing and enabling regional growth
- improving safety and sustainability.
More than 70 initiatives will be delivered in the implementation of the plan.
